One of the best shows I've ever played happened last night in Hannover, something really special, something that reminds me of why I play with this band. Just look at these faces! Thank you to our new friends at Feinkostlampe, thank you.
Just got home from the London gig - you guys were fantastic, wish you could've played for longer! My friends were so impressed with the band (as I knew they would be :D) Anyway, thanks for the chat and cd signing, Matt - look forward to seeing you guys again on Wednesday night! Bringing more friends to be blown away :)
Speaking of great shows, remember when you played at Jasmine Hall in Lake Jackson? That was a life changing nite. I think most of you remember it as Denton, because I saw you in Houston last year and you were going on about losing a bet and wearing short shorts in Denton and did anyone remember it, but I remember it and it was most assuredly in Lake Jackson. Anyway, I also remember the balloon popping and the Books cover and wanting to cry.
Speaking of crying, I almost did twice since I've listened to the new cd, once when I first got it, and once today. As it turns out, my soul responds to beauty.
