Canopy Glow is out in Japan and America!

Bonjour de France! Notre record a été libéré il ya deux jours, en Amérique, mais on ne s'en rend pas compte parce que nous sommes en Europe. (copy and paste it into google translator).

Tonight we're playing at a really rad performance space/artist in residency building/modern dance mecca in Lille called La Malterie. While we've been away, Canopy Glow has been picking up some critical steam and we're really excited that people are enjoying it! Check out Andy Whitman's review in the new issue of Paste if you're loitering around a magazine rack or click here.

that's a great review. i saw Andy give a workshop at C-Stone this past year. he definitely knows what he's talking about. by the way, the subtleties on the final mix make all of the difference. this album is perfect. amazing job.

They really need to stop comparing you with Sufjan Stevens.

Sadly not a single record store in the Twin Cities area got Canopy Glow. The 18th went from being a very exciting day to being a very sad day. But I've place my order and patiently awaiting it's arrival.

Question: Is the "you" in Northern Lights referring to God?

Hello of France! Our record was liberated it ya two days, in America, but one not some returns counts because we are in Europe.

Hello France! Our record was released two days ago in America, but we did not realize it because we are in Europe.

That one worked a little bit better.

hey guys,

this is the birthday girl from the borderline show in london. the album has not stopped playing in my room -- it is unreal. right now i am writing my final paper for my poetry class and yall's lyrics are a main reference of mine as an example of 21st century poetry.

so thanks for being awesome and even making paper-writing less painful.

ps - how about that review in paste?!

pps - y'alls "hymns" album has been such a comfort to me while studying abroad.

Hey kids, this album gets better with every listen.

And it was already very good the first time that I played it.

Love you,
Original Kevin

i read the paste issue today, and was pleased to see their lovely review. i have to wait until next wednesday to get the album, but i'm really looking forward to that first listen. thank goodness somewhere in kansas city has beautiful music on their shelves or else i'd have to travel farther for it.
